PRODUCTION FLOW
PACKAGING METHOD
According to features of items, packing material could be bubble sheet, styrofoam or paperboard.
1.Normal Packing For Planter: one piece in one polybag and put several pcs in the master export carton.
2.Normal Packing For Furniture: each piece in one bubble bag + eight styrofoam corner protector. and put in the master carton.
3.Drop Packing : each piece in one bubble bag+ 6 side styrofoam protection + 7 layer corrugated carton
Drop method: 1 corner drop,3 edge drops, 6 side drops (Normal Drop test);
